Frequently asked

It depends on scope, but as a guide: an assessment or discovery engagement typically runs two to four weeks; a dashboard or automation deployment six to twelve weeks; a full data platform or cloud migration three to six months. Our core sectors are healthcare, banking and financial services, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce, education, and government and public sector. We also work with logistics, telecommunications, startups and professional services firms. Yes. Managed Support Services covers application support, cloud support, database administration, helpdesk, remote monitoring and security monitoring, all delivered against agreed SLAs. Yes — generative AI, AI agents, chatbots, machine learning models and predictive analytics. We start by checking whether AI is genuinely the right answer and whether your data can support it, because a lot of problems presented as AI problems are really reporting or process problems. When it is the right answer, we build it to run in production with monitoring, not as a demo.
